If your kid can't sleep with the wristband break it and say it broke and go get a new one. They didn't have techs in for more than a couple hours a day if that. If you want a pedicure with your kid better schedule far in advance. Tips again: stay on floors above magiwand (6 and above preferably 10 facing west), bring your own breakfasts, go out to eat for dinner at barnwood or cheddars, the pizza place is good and so is Ben and Jerry's. We didn't even visit the water park the day we left. If you're looking for a reasonably good time and are willing to drop some serious cash than maybe it's the place for you.

It was appalling how many times I jumped out of my skin with the slams and my toddler was trying to nap thru it! So if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is not the place. They clean all the rooms and slam the heavy doors from 2-5pm.
I was startled by bangs and they stopped at 11pm and resumed at 6am and forget a peaceful nap. If you ever get this room you need to change it asap. I got no sleep because our room was right by the housekeeping/service elevator. It was an experience and while my toddler had fun, I was absolutely exhausted after this get away. Basically you will be nickel and dimed here so beware it's pricey on top of the outrageous room rates. Mini golf is decent for older kids not little kids (too expensive). Hungry wolf pizza is amazing but don't get salad or pasta. Buffet is gross don't eat there, bring your own breakfast or go out. Water park is decent needs more for toddlers slide wise. Rooms are nicely decorated but not very user friendly or overly comfortable. Live in co and decided to take our 3 yr old here for some fun.
